• What are Thirstystone coasters made from?

Thirstystone coasters are made from 100% Sandstone.

• How do I keep my Thirstystone coasters fresh and new?

Just wash them with warm water and soap and let them air dry!

• I am not sure if the coasters I want will fit the holder. How can I be sure?

Thirstystone Coasters - measure area(4.5" round coasters and 4.5 x 4.5" square coasters ) .
Ambiance Coasters - measure area (4.25" round coasters and 4.25 x 4.25" square coasters) .

Rule of thumb. If the coasters are Thirstystone the holder must be as well. Same goes for Ambiance coasters. e.g. Thirstystone coasters go with Thirstystone holders. Ambiance coasters go with Ambiance holders.

• How long before I will receive my order?

UPS GROUND - 5- 7 business days If you purchase before 4:30 pm CDT your order will usually ship in two days IF IN STOCK. Please note: This does not apply during the holidays.

UPS 3 Day SELECT - Please do not choose 3 Day Select if your shipment time is less than 3 days. Refer to map below. Orders that are shipped 3 Day Select will not be shipped any sooner than orders shipped Ground. (This only makes the in transit time shorter.)

Why would I choose UPS 3 Day Select? If your shipment takes more than 3 days transit time. Then you might want to choose this option.

Why does the shipping amount change at checkout? Our vendors require a drop ship fee varies between 1.50 to 3.00 on all orders.

• The Item I ordered was discontinued and I want to replace the discontinued item with another item. Can I do this?

Yes! Just let us know which item you would like to replace the discontinued item with. Please note: This only applies when the item amount is the same. If the amount is different you will need to reorder and your first order will be refunded in full.

Yes! We do accept Paypal payments.

• Do you accept all major credit cards?

At this time we only accept Visa and MC. We do not use a third party gateway. All transactions are processed via JetPay the third largest processor in the United States. Jetpay is not a gateway they are a processor. What's the difference between a gateway and processor? A gateway works with the processor and the bank however the processor works directly with the bank removing the third person so there is less chance of your private information getting lost or defrauded. JetPay processes many of the major airlines!

NO! Absolutely not. You have our word that your email address and all your information will only be used for the sole purpose of what is deemed necessary for your purchase. We do not in anyway capture or record or collect your credit card information.

All full refunds are on a sale by sale basis and are subject to our scrutiny and whether the customer will be deemed worthy of a full refund. We will replace or exchange your product only if upon receiving your item (s) were delivered damaged or with poor quality (including poor quality printing) at no cost to you. www.NaturalCoasters.com reserves the right to request pictures of the items in question. • What if my product is delivered damaged?

• What is your exchange policy?

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER!
We do not offer any kind of exchange based on color not matching your decor or that when you received your product it did match the color of your monitor screen. Customer must pay all shipping and may be required to pay a 15% restocking fee. If we sent you the wrong product you must contact us within 3 days from the time you received your order. Please do not contact Thirstystone Resources directly. The product will be replaced at no cost to you.
