I found exactly what I was looking for very easily and
painlessly. As a credit to your IT team, you do have an
excellent site. I would love to see your site higher in the Google
rankings since after having been to every site from the first page
of my Google results and a few from the second page, I still had not
found what I was looking for. Once I found your site, I was
done in 5 minutes. Keep up the wonderful service.

I would be happy to comment on the customer service I received in
my recent order. i was so excited when I discovered the carcoasters
that I bought about a dozen sets for small Xmas presents. All of the
recipients loved their gifts because of the personal touch. My order
had one that was back ordered for quite some time and I contacted
one of your representatives, Joseph Skinner, who was very
professional, courteous, and helpful. It was a terrific experience
working with him. Being in the field of customer service myself, I
know how important it is to make that customer happy and I would say
Joseph went above that service level. Thank you for the great
product and the great service. i would recommend to all my friends.

My order was taken and received with care and speed. A couple of
defective items were replaced not with a single item, but the entire
set. Service could have not been better. I would recommend to
anyone. Also the choices were huge and prices beat everyone.

I had never ordered anything on line before, I called and talk
with someone about my order, they were very helpful.
My son was very happy with his collegiate coasters.

Wow! The minute I was having trouble with my order going through
the phone rang! It was R & R trying to help solve the problem -
even before I asked! Now that is what I call great customer service!
Can't wait to see the product that I ordered. Haven't seen any of
these certain car coasters offered in any stores near me.

I wanted to compliment you on the level of customer service that
I just received. I was experiencing trouble placing my order and as
I was in the process of completing an e-ticket, my phone rang and it
was Joseph calling to offer his assistance! Amazing...he knew I was
experiencing trouble before I had even submitted the email. Joseph
stayed on the line with me, providing instructions until I received
an order confirmation. I must also say that your site has the
coaster for HALF the price of the local stores. I will plan to
purchase more in the future. Thanks again!

I bought the Old World Palm tree TS2057 and the Nostalgic
Billiard set TS2164. They look outstanding in my pool room!!!
The prices were $6.00 per set cheaper from A-Z then I priced them at
a local retailer and besides the retailer only had about 6 different
scenes.
Everyone that I spoke to at A-Z was extremely helpful and I wouldn't
hesitate buying any of their products.
