Printing Area (Diameters):
Coasters- 4" x 4" at 300 resolution (minimum)
Spot Color: Spot color jobs (1-4
individual colors**) require artwork in one of two formats:
1. PMT's (i.e., velox, Photostat) of
each individual color with no screens. Specify spot colors by
Pantone numbers or swatches.
2. Digital artwork in any of the
software programs listed below.
White is an additional color in spot
color designs and should be included with artwork. Any artwork
with tints or halftones will require customer to provide digital
artwork.
Process Artwork: Process artwork
can be received as photographs, transparencies or digitally as
mentioned below. There will be a charge for full color scans.
Digital Artwork: Macintosh or PC
file formats accepted. Supported software includes Macromedia
Freehand 7.0 & 8.0 (.FH7, .FH8, .EPS), Adobe Illustrator
8.0, 10.0 (.AI) & Pixel based images (.PSD, .TIF, .BMP (spot
color only), .PCT, .JPG). All pixel-based images must be at
least 300 pixels per inch at actual size. Spot color artwork in
PhotoShop must have each color in a separate layer or channel.
Please include color printouts or color separations of artwork.
Trapping: All artwork should
have .5 point (.007") trapping.
Disk Media: Mac & PC of the
following formats: ZIP disks and CD's.
*All artwork must be of good
reproductive quality. Any artwork that requires additional work
will incur alteration charges. Send in your artwork and we can
estimate charges upon request.
We will provide color computer comps
for signed approval of artwork.
